Global One Headwear Limited was founded in 1979, headquartered in HK nowadays. We are one of the most experienced headwear manufacturers.

Global One Headwear (G1) is a wholly-owned COC factory in Dongguan, South China and headquartered in Hong Kong. Our factory area over 50,000 square meters with own cap sewing factory, screen print factory & embroidery factory. We have approximately 600 employees in our factory and our monthly production capacity at least 150,000 pieces hats and caps.

Furthermore, G1 builds a strong in-house design services and developing inspire two season collections in a year. Indeed, our design team endow with creative services and innovative designs for many of our clients. Also, customize the multi-collection to support our worldwide brand clients. Additionally, G1 makes available fabric sourcing department, our fabric developer offers new fabrics sourcing, techniques and embellishment.
